Past Chrysanthemums that have gone to have very successful careers, include Jean Boht, most well known for her role in the Liverpool based comedy Bread; and Nigel Lythgoe who performed in Aladdin with the Chrysanthemums. He is now a well known judge on So You Think You Can Dance, USA.

John Hannam - currently living in the USA. Performed with the Chrysanthemums in 1956. He says "I had just returned from National Service and was roped into playing the dame (Window Twankey - if that's a clue to the show!), replacing Dennis Farquhar who was always, always the best dame the Chrysanths ever had. The show was at the Tivoli in New Brighton."
